Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000
Working Hours: Monday - Sunday (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Wednesday (Rest Day)
Location: No. 40, Jalan Dedaru, Taman Nira, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor



We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our client's team in Batu Pahat.
This role involves managing sales leads from TikTok Live and social media platforms, engaging with customers through calls, supporting installation services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities



1. Manage and follow up with leads generated from TikTok Live and social media platforms.
2. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential customers, explain services, and convert leads into sales.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer data, leads, and sales activities in the company's system.
4. Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets through lead management and customer engagement.
5. Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and occasionally supporting car tint installation services.
6. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on customer inquiries and improve lead-generation strategies.
8. Prepare simple sales updates, reports, and data tracking for management review.
9. Uphold the company's brand values and represent the business in a professional manner during customer interactions.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications



1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
3. Comfortable with phone calls, live streaming leads, and social media platforms.
4. Willing to work on weekends (with Wednesday as the rest day).
