Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular in-person visits. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions by presenting products and services effectively. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meeting clients, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals. Work closely with the inside sales and marketing teams to generate and follow up on leads. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service delivery and resolving issues promptly. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2+ years of proven field sales experience (preferably in IT solutions or B2B sales). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, with good time management and self-motivation. Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
