JOB PURPOSE

To achieve sales management and to promote/integrate service products for overall business promotion and developments.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

To meet and exceed sales target set for individual and achieve maximum sales; To research and seek out prospects to build portfolio of clients; Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution; Represent the company in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers; Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships; To establish and maintain good relationship with customers, Dimerco stations, alliances and business partners; To co-ordinate with other departments for maximization of resources, facilities, productivity, service efficiency & minimize cost through team work; Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings and trade shows; To undertake other assignment from the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Fresh graduate with interest in the Freight Forwarding industry is welcome to apply! Minimum 2 years working experience in related field (forwarding/transportation/ freight industry) Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent Have good and positive attitude, detail-orientated Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Knowledge in resolving customer complaints efficiently Able to work independently and in team & able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, Power point) Able to read, write and converse in English and Malay language

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
