Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Technical Sales, with a focus on understanding technical specifications and communicating them effectively to potential clients.
Experience or willingness to learn how to conduct compelling Product Demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Understanding of Solution Selling methodologies, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Ability to build and maintain strong Client Relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Aptitude for Sales Engineering, including pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support.
Strong Problem-Solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions to clients.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
Conduct on-site visits and presentations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of our products.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and services.
