Identify & pursue new sales opportunities (corporate, government, leisure, MICE)
Actively promote hotel rooms, function spaces and F&B offerings to potential clients
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections & client meetings
Prepare & issue quotations, proposals, contracts & follow-up documentation
Maintain accurate & up-to-date client records in database or sales logbook
Achieve individual, team & whole hotel budget / targets set by Management
Provide forecast data & assist in market research and competitor analysis
Handle client requests, changes & complaints in a timely & professional manner
Provide after-sales support to ensure repeat business & long-term relationships
