Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed company targets. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activities. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM / SAP software is an added advantage. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
