Working Days & Hours:




Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.30 pm Work Days: Monday to Friday only Weekends on standby

Job Requirements:




Must be a local Sarawakian and based in Bintulu, Sarawak Has strong sales experience in Heavy Industries Willing to travel outstation Has a valid driving license class D (car)

Responsibilities:




Meet or exceed sales targets Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers Negotiate and close deals to maximise profit for the company Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction in product, delivery & services Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product and/or service solutions. Follow up closely on payment due/collection Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally. Willing to travel outstation and work on odd hours, if required. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to Sales Manager or Director.

Skills:




Able to speak/write English, Bahasa Melayu, Iban, etc Proficiency in tools Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc Outspoken and self-motivated Has the initiative to learn, manage & develop strategies to achieve sales growth Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Benefits & Remuneration:




Salary Range: RM3,500 to RM4,000 EPF, SOCSO & EIS Medical & Annual Leave Travel Allowance Incentive (Based on Performance) * COLA allowance
