"hunter" and "farmer"
sales skills to support overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution & Opportunity Development
Identify and engage with potential clients through various lead generation methods, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Support the execution of sales plans to meet assigned revenue and growth targets.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver proposals, solutions, and presentations that meet customer requirements.
3. Account Support and Upselling
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and negotiation of terms.
4. Market and Product Awareness
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the enterprise IT and telco sectors.
Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders to help improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of working experience
in
software sales
and
enterprise solution selling
.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling approaches.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
Ability to engage with various levels of stakeholders, including decision-makers.
Basic knowledge of the telco industry is a plus
