Identify and secure new customers through, phone calls, site visits, referrals, social media and online enquiries

Prepare accurate and timely quotations for painting, waterproofing, renovation, home repair and maintenance work

Handle customer enquiries and feedback in a professional, solution-oriented manner

Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients

Conduct basic site assessments to understand customer requirements before quoting

Assist with site operation needs including purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries and monitoring jobsite progress

Work closely with the operations team/workers to ensure smooth and timely job completion

Assist in daily administrative and sales tasks

Create and manage simple online advertisements via Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to generate leads

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience in painting, waterproofing, renovation, home repair or general maintenance is an added advantage

Registered with CIDB as a construction personnel member is desirable

Sales experience in related industries is preferred

Good communication and customer service skills

Able to prepare quotations and understand basic site conditions

Self-disciplined, motivated, proactive and able to work independently

Basic knowledge of social media advertising (IG/FB/WhatsApp)

Own transport is required
