-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
-Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to understand the competitive landscape and identify areas of improvement and develop actionable insights
-Negotiate pricing and promotional activities with business partners
-Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategy as needed
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
-Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts on overall company goals
-Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer focus
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and product launches
