Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of related field experience.
Experience in built-in cabinetry is an advantage.
Strong planning and time management skills.
Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and KPI targets.
Perform regular performance reviews with the team.
Provide sales analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Execute and implement sales activities.
Collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
Work independently and complete other tasks as assigned.
