Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, or lab-based products to B2B clients.
Understand technical specs and provide accurate product recommendations based on client needs.
Work closely with R&D and technical teams to understand formulations and translate them into sales strategies.
Conduct product presentations and basic technical demos to customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships and offer after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the chemical/cosmetic ingredient industry.
Attend exhibitions, technical seminars, and networking events.

Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
.
1-3 years of working experience in sales, lab work, formulation, or chemical/raw material industries.
Strong understanding of product functions, formulation basics, and raw ingredient handling.
Good communication & presentation skills -- able to explain technical info in a simple way.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at managing time independently.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
Fresh graduates with strong chemistry background and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
