Skill Termite Exterminator Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of pest control services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Cheras,Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to support the company's growth. This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding career in the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and qualify new sales prospects through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and lead generation. Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their pest control needs and present Skill Termite Exterminator's solutions Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the sales management team to improve sales processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control or a similar service-based industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service
