JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain new and existing business opportunities.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business activities.
• Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors for product specifications.
• Coordinate with building and management offices, as well as applicators, to ensure proper product application.
• Conduct customer visits, perform site surveys, and prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in building materials / hardware / industrial chemicals or similar industries.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
