Requirements
-Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree or its equivalent
-Exposure in construction works is a prerequisite.
-Excellent in Microsoft Office software e.g. Excel, Words.
-At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position .
-A matured individual, with high initiative and independence, & with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills .
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
-Prepare sales quotation, costing and reports
-Liaise with Main Contractors, manufacturers and suppliers to achieve sales target.
-Responsible, detail minded, matured, fast learner, good planning and able to work under pressure.
-Able to produce more projects follow up listing and good reporting to superior, assist superior in all sales activities and to attend meetings related to all company's projects.
-Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients.
- To explore new clientele
- To assist in checking of PO to ensure material cost is within costed price
- Source and liase/co-ordinate with suppliers for competitive prices on material required
- To assist in checking, inform/highlight to immediate superior on any discrepancies in the documentation of the overall operation work -in-progress project and collection
- To write letter on the collection outstanding.
- To prepare quotation to client within stipulated time
