Working Days: 5 Days & 2 Days off rotational
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Sales Exec Care Consultant
who is fluent in Chinese to join our open vacancy in PJ & Cheras. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, with proven experience in
sales of treatment packages
to patients. This role requires the ability to provide excellent patient care, build trust, and guide patients through treatment options while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient consultation and education on available treatments.
Attend to patients' needs, requests, and follow-up inquiries.
Actively promote and sell treatment packages to patients.
Perform selective eye/medical-related tests as required (training provided).
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
Obtain patient feedback/testimonials and handle complaints professionally.
Support administrative tasks including consultation notes and reports.
Work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of
sales experience
, preferably in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or related industries.
Experience in
selling treatment packages
is a must.
Fluency in
Chinese
(spoken) is required; proficiency in English and/or Malay is an added advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer care skills.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and patient-oriented.
Willing to work in PJ or Cheras.
