Requirements

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Excel, MS Word, CRM Software and sales analytics tools is a plus
• Experience in Sales, preferably in the services line or HVAC or air conditioning industry is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor degree or relevant field is preferred
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identity and approach potential clients to promote our air conditioning services
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotation to clients
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitors activities
• Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and custo0mer satisfaction.
• Meet Sales Targets and goals set by the Company
