Degree in Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate business development.
Knowledge in on/offline business.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Willing to travel for sales calls and events as needed.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maximize revenue goal as targeted.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and actively sourcing new business opportunities.
Conduct daily sales visits, client entertainment, and hotel inspections.
To organize and arrange familiarization trips (FAM trips) for corporate clients.
To conduct telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Liaises with operational departments to ensure guest's requests and expectations are being met.
Prepares and distributes Events Orders to relevant department in a timely manner.
Maintains accurate and well-organized records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
