Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to messages on Facebook.
Introduce our courses to parents, guiding them through the benefits and structure.
Monitor children's learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss achievements with parents.
Address parent and student inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and care.
Provide thorough customer service by explaining courses and answering questions.
Arrange appointments and meet with parents at various center locations.
