Requirements

• Available to work on weekends.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both parents and children.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
• Independent, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Enjoys building connections with children; patient, friendly, gentle, proactive, and creative.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Working Location: JB OR KL Current Branch:
• JB - Setia Tropika, Bukit Indah, Sutera Utama, Desa Tebrau, Permas Jaya, Seri Alam, Bandar Baru Uda
• KL - Srt Petaling, Kota Damansara, Bukit Tinggi, Setia Alam, Mont Kiara, Puchong Jaya, Mahkota Cheras, Bukit Jalil

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to messages on Facebook.
• Introduce our courses to parents, guiding them through the benefits and structure.
• Monitor children's learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss achievements with parents.
• Address parent and student inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and care.
• Provide thorough customer service by explaining courses and answering questions.
• Arrange appointments and meet with parents at various center locations.
• Travelling needed for this position
