Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

1. Zakat Management (Individuals & Companies)

Collect zakat contributions from individuals and companies. Explain the benefits of zakat through companies (returns up to 40%). Manage distribution of returns: 10% to representative company 30% to zakat payer (upon agreement) Commission for zakat manager Prepare transparent collection & distribution reports in line with guidelines.

2. Foreign Worker Permit Management

Identify companies that require foreign workers. Handle documentation for permits, including applications, renewals & compliance. Act as liaison between employers, foreign workers & government agencies. Ensure smooth process until valid permits are issued.

3. Medical Supply Management for Hospitals

Manage monthly medical supplies worth approx. RM1 million. Coordinate with suppliers, international vendors & hospitals. Ensure on-time shipment & delivery that meets hospital requirements. Maintain stock control, quality standards & regulatory compliance. Prepare monthly reports on supply flow & purchase costs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
