• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Willingness to work on-site in Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase and promote TOYSPARK's products, focusing on baby gear, educational toys, and kids' playsets.
• Develop engaging and creative content for TikTok, including product demonstrations, interactive games, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of TOYSPARK.
• Actively engage with the TikTok audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community around the TOYSPARK brand.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting TOYSPARK's products and converting leads into sales.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in baby gear, educational toys, and kids' playsets, as well as TikTok trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market trends to inform future product development decisions.
