We are seeking a talented and proficient Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our office furniture industry, specifically with our esteemed Japanese brand company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, and will primarily cater to our Japanese customers.



Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our Japanese customers, ensuring excellent customer

service throughout their entire journey

2. Handle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with

various departments to ensure timely delivery

3. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and claims promptly and proffessionally, providing

effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction

4. Provide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and

replacements and ensure customer satisfaction

5. Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs and offer suitable

furniture solutions from our collection

6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Japanese suppliers, ensure smooth

communication, coordinate product availability, pricing negotiations and resolving any issues

7. Stay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to

effectively guide and advise customers

8. Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English for internal coordination, including

collaborating with team members and participating in meetings

Qualifications / Experiences Required:

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Study, Marketing or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing and handling Japanese customers

3. Fluent in both Japanese and English (both oral and written)

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with

customers and suppliers

5. Able to work independently with high level of initiative

6. Able to work under pressure

7. Past working experience in Furniture industry will be added advantage

8. Willing to work in Shah Alam

9. Willing to travel for customer visits, exhibitions and other company events

10. Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
