We offer the best solutions in fitness studio because we work with the best team as well as maintain the highest standards. Currently we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Exec to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's products or services to new and existing customers. Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels such as social media, phone calls, email, or sales events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide clear and accurate product or service information, and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Prepare quotations and close sales through effective negotiation techniques. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets (KPIs). Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High self-motivation, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in English is an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
