Job Responsibilities



You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving subscription sales for our digital loyalty platform.

Your key responsibilities include:

1.Lead Generation & Prospecting



Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Identify and engage new prospects across SMEs, retail, F&B, and mid-sized enterprises. Handle incoming inquiries and follow up promptly on all leads.

2.Client Engagement & Presentation



Meet with business owners, decision-makers, or management teams to understand their challenges and propose suitable solutions. Conduct engaging and tailored product demos (training will be provided). Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase product value and close deals.

3.Relationship Management



Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

4.Sales Reporting & Strategy



Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline with regular updates on progress and challenges. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the management team to refi ne go-to-market strategies and improve client engagement. Provide market feedback and insights to shape product direction and marketing campaigns.

Requirements



We're looking for someone driven, adaptable, and passionate about sales, someone who thrives in a fast-moving tech environment and isn't afraid to grow with the company.

Key Requirements:



Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (experience selling to SMEs is a plus). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage). Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ)able to read people, listen actively, and build rapport. Resilient and persistent Curious and quick to understand new products, tech, and industry trends. Team player who can collaborate effectively while taking ownership of personal performance. We value attitude, effort, and results over formal qualifications.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
