Job Description

To maintain and develop trust-based business partnerships with potential and existing business partners (affiliates, publishers, media buyers etc). To identify opportunities and expand partnerships with existing and new business partners. To promote company products to local and global market Cost Per Action (CPA) campaigns through affiliate marketing. To oversee CPA advertising campaigns, spending, sales numbers of the countries assigned. To manage marketing spending, and ensure the investment is within targeted e-CPA goals, which are in line with healthy Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and achieve Return on Investment (ROI). To provide 24/7 online support on time for any issue occurring. To provide campaign analysis inputs to business partners, and the company for performance development, optimization, and improvements. To analyse data reports, and monitor performance of traffic trends, campaigns conversion rate, affiliates performance trends, optimization etc. To take proactive action in solving the campaign inquiries and daily issues. To assist in any ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned. Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and Marketing or its equivalent. Result oriented and sales growth mindset. Highly proactive and able to work under pressure. Good in data enhancement and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Able to work in a fast paced and highly flexible environment in a challenging and dynamic work environment. A good team player who can work with the teams and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application, especially in Excel skills. Required language(s): Mandarin (as you are required to deal with China Affiliates) and English.
