• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills (Spoken and Written).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Outgoing and proactive in providing support.
• Occasional travel to Singapore required for meetings, training, and alignment with HQ management

• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients by providing consistent sales service, follow-up on enquiries, and rapport building.
• Support the sales team and management in handling inbound leads, including international inquiries, ensuring timely response and conversion.
• Participate in sales outreach events, trade shows, and road shows.
• Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
• Present and promote products or services to potential clients in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to management.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans.
