Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop and actively source for existing and new business opportunities focusing on education, university, and research market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and expand customer\xe2\x80\x99s network \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the sales and promotion of comoany products \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to quote, meet and discuss with customer on their purchase \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide option and solution to customer on their purchase requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct product demo, participate tender and actively look for new customer base \xe2\x80\xa2 Submitting sales and other reports as may be required on a timely basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing an annual sales plan to ensure adequate coverage of the area/territory assigned, including plans for constant new customer acquisition, maximizing sales with current customers and retention of key accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Submitting sales and other reports as may be required on a timely basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. \xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve assigned Sales Objectives which aligned towards product & business expansion \xe2\x80\xa2 Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide input to medical sales plans based on experience. Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories \xe2\x80\xa2 Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed \xe2\x80\xa2 Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Report on the activities and products of the competitors \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring market trends, conducting market research and analyzing industry trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with company management to identify marketing objectives, strategies and to develop and execute the marketing plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any Other task assigned by the management Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Biomedical Sciences or other scientific discipline or any other related field of studies. Professional degree /PhD in the related discipline will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to speak & write in English & Malay. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess own transport, valid driving license and should be Malaysian citizen \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel outstation alone \xe2\x80\xa2 Mature personally, self-motivated, dynamic, able to work independently as well as in a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate candidate is welcome
