Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, cold-calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting and account management. Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years' experience in sales or account management (field sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willing to travel.
