Identify new business opportunities nationwide using market insights and data.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent meetings and conversions.
Negotiate and manage Food Service & Business contracts.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Technical).
Strengthen partnerships with HORECA key decision-makers through regular presentations.
Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide recommendations to enhance product positioning and offerings.
Monitor acquisition metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Manage order processing, forecasting, and account status.
Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional initiatives within allocated budgets.
Job Requirements
:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Business / Marketing / Sales
1-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B, or HORECA
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Own transport with willingness to travel frequently
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and sales reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
