Sales Executive (food Line/ Fmcg)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote frozen food products. Identify and approach potential clients, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and food service providers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the frozen food industry. Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to management. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high service standards. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand network and promote products. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the

frozen food, FMCG, or food distribution

industry. Experience in cold chain logistics or frozen food product knowledge. Strong understanding of the foodservice supply chain and B2B or retail sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
