Position: Sales Executive (Full-time & Part-Time)
Salary: RM1,700 - RM4,000 + Commission
Location: 26 Jalan Dagangan 14, Pusat Bandar Perdana, 13200 Bertam, Pulau Pinang
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Health Planner to promote Coway products and provide exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and committed to helping customers make informed decisions about health-related home solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



1) Actively seek and engage potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2) Present, promote, and sell products or services using strong communication and persuasive techniques.
3) Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
4) Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
5) Follow up on leads generated through marketing and promotional activities.
6) Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and performance updates to management.
7) Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively handling customer objections.
8) Stay up to date on product knowledge, health solutions, and market trends.
9) Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
10) Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:



1) Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
2) Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
5) Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
6) Passionate about promoting healthy living and improving customers' quality of life.
