SALES EXECUTIVE

1. Number of posts: 3.

2. Salary range: RM 4000 - RM 6000 plus sales commission & allowances.

3. Reports to Senior Exec - Business Development, Marketing & Sales.

4. Roles:

4.1. Welcome and receive patients.

4.2. Consult and enroll patients for the respective programs.

4.3. Answering patient inquires and transferring calls to direct departments.

4.4. Systematic follow up with leads / enquiries and convert into active Clients.

4.5. Explain the available procedures clearly to the patient.

4.6. Maintain patient, visitor, and staff confidentiality.

4.7. Achieve targeted sales KPI.

5. Requirements:

5.1. Minimum diploma in or equivalent field.

5.2. Experience in customer service & sales related fields.

5.3. Able to work flexibly, such as shift work, weekends and public holidays, and is reliable, dependable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

5.4. Good communication skills - written and verbal.

5.5. Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
