Job Responsibilities: Attend to sales enquiries and follow-up with potential leads from online and offline channels for both ongoing and upcoming project launches. Perform duty in Sales Gallery, events and roadshows. Generate sales to achieve individual and group sales performance (to assist external agency in any sales enquiries) that assigned. Coordinate and manage sales conversion within the allowable time period. Perform daily sales operation. Provide idea and feedback for the benefit of sales closing. Initiative and participation to generate sales performance. To cross promote all projects under Hap Seng Land. Perform assigned duty whenever requested and assigned by immediate superior. Job Requirements: This position to be based in Klang Valley (to be assigned to various Sales Gallery by duty roster). Minimum qualification: SPM/ STPM/ \'A\' Level/ Certification in any related field with 1-2 years of working experience in sales related industry. Candidates with experience in basic banking information, loan eligibility calculation, able to filter customers\' CCRIS/ DSR, pre-screen and provide professional advice to customer will be an added advantage. Good communication and sales closing skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be advantageous. Team player and good working attitude who able to work independently. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
