With the support of over 400 partners in the ASEAN region, ICE Holidays aims to be the leading travel wholesaler in Asia.This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executives (Internal/External Sales) at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience; tourism background will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven successful sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Willingness to relocate if required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and conferences.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
