Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is mandatory to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales processes and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Eagerness to learn about heavy industrial machinery and equipment to provide informed solutions to clients.
• Willingness to travel within the Ipoh region to meet with clients and conduct site visits.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the heavy industrial and machinery sector in the Ipoh region, targeting potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company's sales objectives and profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM software, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
