Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales, experience in Project Sales is an added advantage. Fresh graduation also welcomes to apply.
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• Comfortable to work under result-oriented environment.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Strongly Self-motivated and Self-disciplined, able to work and perform under minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Words or applications helpful in executing sales task.

Responsibilities

• To achieve and exceed sales target within specific territory assigned.
• To present positive company image to the client and prospect, maintain good relationship with client.
• To perform sales activities to approach prospect by cold-call, walk-in, mail blast and etc.
• To understand client's needs and propose suitable solutions to close deal.
• To monitor project progress regularly, support and communicate with related parties to ensure smooth process and transition throughout the project cycle.
• To follow up payment collection from client according to payment schedule.
• To provide timely feedback on market movement to management.
• To support marketing related activities requested by management, such as exhibition, roadshow, and etc.
• To support and carry out ad hoc task assigned by management.
