Job Description

Job Requirements- Fluent in Mandarin (Compulsory) and English- Min SPM, Diploma or Degree \xe2\x80\x93 major in Logistics, International business, marketing and economics an advantage;- Fresh graduate or Minimum 1 year work experience \xe2\x80\x93 preferable sales / marketing in service industry- Experience in shipping agency industry will be an added advantage- Possess own transport, and is willing to travel outstation- Industry knowledge of both international and local Malaysian shipping practices will be an advantage;Responsibility- Responsible for promoting and selling the company\'s logistics services, maintaining sales goals, pipeline, and objectives.- Building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, and creating solutions that align with the company\'s logistics sales strategy.- Prospecting and cultivating new sales leads to establish business.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers.- Providing quotes for current and prospective customers using analytical and logistic planning.- Assessing customer needs and problems, communicating and implementing logistics solutions.- Working out logistics concepts to improve customers\' logistics supply chain.- Maintaining constant awareness of product offerings and developments in the logistics market.- Following up closely with current and prospective customers on offered solutions.- Taking ownership of customer issues and following through until resolution.- Responsible for ensuring successful pick-up and delivery, as well as- providing over-the-road assistance for customers\' freight.- Performing any other related tasks assigned from time to time.
