Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and make onsite appointments to meet prospects.
Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.
Build and maintain accurate databases and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's SAP CRM.
Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
