Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and fashion-forward Sales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience to join our fast-paced retail team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand helping customers express their style while driving sales performance and ensuring a vibrant in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering styling advice, and promoting the latest collections. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain an attractive and well-organized sales floor in line with brand visual merchandising standards. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, collections, and promotions. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS transactions. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily performance goals and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fashion retail. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. A passion for fashion trends, styling, and brand presentation. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
