Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the sales & marketing or sales in packaging, FMCG, or F&B supply industry (preferred).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers.
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence (advantageous).
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and approach potential clients in the food & beverage, catering, and retail sectors.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Promote and sell a wide range of disposable food packaging products (e.g. plastic containers, paper bowls, biodegradable packaging, gloves, masks, and related hygiene products).
Understand customer needs and provide customized product recommendations and quotations.
Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and product demonstrations when required.
