Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM "A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
At least three (1) years experience in related field.
Result-orientated and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport .
Good Communications skills with friendly character.
Online training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.
To work closely with sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.
To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
To provide necessary assistances and follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.
To conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
