About Us:

Printlab is a leading online printing solutions provider, offering high-quality printing services across Malaysia. We are expanding our agent network and seeking a dynamic sales executive to help recruit print shops as our authorized agents.

What You'll Do:

Scout, approach, and recruit print shops, branding agencies, and design studios to become authorized agents. Build strong relationships with print shop owners and decision-makers. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and showcase our printing solutions' profit potential. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to attract prospects. Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new agents. Track leads, maintain CRM updates, and report progress to management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in outdoor sales, B2B, or business development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Chinese language skills a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of printing products or B2B services is an advantage. Own transport is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of new print shop agents recruited per month. Conversion rate from lead to active agent. Positive feedback from agents and business partners.
