Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and expanding Parrade's advertising footprint across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads
through cold calling, digital outreach, referrals, and in-person engagement
Conduct
1-on-1 meetings
with prospective clients to understand their advertising needs
Actively
close sales deals
and onboard advertisers to the Parrade platform
Build and maintain relationships with both advertisers and space providers
Understand and present Parrade's advertising solutions in a compelling and consultative way
Monitor sales performance and
track activities in CRM tools
Support local outreach efforts such as roadshows, pop-ups, or on-site visits when required
Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure successful execution of campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or tech platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, resourcefully, and proactively in a startup environment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, additional language(s) are a plus.
Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, lead generation tools, proposal software, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Background in media buying, OOH advertising, or property partnerships.
Experience with platform-based or marketplace business models.
