• Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Pulau Indah, Klang.
• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or related industries.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Mandarin is a bonus.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Competent in MS Office applications.
• Personality: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow Client Base: Find and secure new customers while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
• Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch service and support to build strong client connections.
• Sales Growth: Promote and sell company products, boosting market presence.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, and reports while staying updated on market trends.
• Payment Management: Ensure timely collection of payments, including overdue accounts.
• Sales Process: Manage the sales cycle to achieve and surpass targets.
• Lead Conversion: Prepare quotations and follow up to turn leads into successful sales.
• Performance Improvement: Monitor sales performance and use insights to enhance results.
• Other Tasks: Support business goals with additional tasks as needed.
