Position: Sales Executive (Recruitment / HR Sales)

Salary:

RM2,500 - RM3,000

Job Scope:

Actively promote and sell company recruitment and HR services to new and existing clients. Identify potential clients through research, cold calls, networking, and social media outreach. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential customers. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and client demands within the HR and recruitment industry. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related services. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
