Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the NVOCC and freight forwarding market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including shippers, consignees, and freight forwarders. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Provide clients with tailored logistics solutions, including ocean freight, documentation, and customs clearance services. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and carriers. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management

Requirements:



Proven experience in NVOCC sales, freight forwarding, or a related field. Strong knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
