Job Description

This position will handle all sales activity in the allocated markets and is responsible to develop new customers, maintain a high level of sales achievement, implement sales strategies and execution of plans.

Job Responsibilities :

To identify new customers and business opportunities. To service, manage and maintain good relationship with existing customers and expand the business opportunities. Handle sales inquiries and customer requests. Ensure good coordination with other departments, including customer service and operations. To prepare sales reports and other relevant reports for management. To lead the in-charge markets' short term and long term strategies. Assessing risks and ensuring they are monitored and minimized. Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable. Regularly discuss and report to the Branch Manager on the market updates/ trends. Assist in any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements :

Candidate mut possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients are required. Minimum 3 years of sales working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics/Supply Chain industry with a solid track record. Knowledge in freight forwarding/ logistics is a pre-requisite. A team player, able to work independently with good analytical skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
