Willing to travel frequently across assigned territories and visit outlets regularly
Possess a valid driving license and own transport

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Work closely with distributors to ensure smooth market coverage and sales execution.
Conduct physical visits to retail outlets (based on a list provided by distributors) to strengthen relationships, ensure product visibility, and secure new placements.
Execute sales and marketing activities to increase product awareness and off-take
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitability and brand presence.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to provide insights for strategy improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time product delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management review
