Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. SPM Leavers also can be considered depending on their experience and passion
• 1-2 years of experience in sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel frequently across assigned territories and visit outlets regularly
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Work closely with distributors to ensure smooth market coverage and sales execution.
• Conduct physical visits to retail outlets (based on a list provided by distributors) to strengthen relationships, ensure product visibility, and secure new placements.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to increase product awareness and off-take
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitability and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to provide insights for strategy improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management review
